• Server configuration and settings
• Channel IDs (for logging, welcome channels, etc.)
• Role IDs (for auto-roles, mute roles, etc.)

• XP and level data (leveling system)
• Economy balance and inventory
• Warning and moderation history
• Message content (only when specifically required for moderation)

• To provide and maintain bot functionality
• To save server configurations and user progress
• To enforce moderation actions and antinuke protection
• To improve our services and fix bugs

All data is stored securely using MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

4. Data Retention

Data is retained as long as the bot is in your server. Upon removal, server configuration data is deleted within 30 days. User economy and leveling data is retained for 90 days in case the bot is re-invited.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
• Opt-out of non-essential data collection
