• Attempt to exploit, spam, or abuse the bot's systems
• Use the bot to harass, threaten, or intimidate others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or steal the bot's code
• Use automacros or self-bots to interact with Vermeil

3. Data Collection

The bot collects necessary data to function including:

• Server IDs and configuration settings
• User IDs for economy and leveling systems
• Message content (only when necessary for moderation features)

4. Availability and Liability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from bot downtime, data loss, or server issues.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
